Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and comparison, which may include destinations, flights, hotels, restaurants, entrances and services.
- Checking the availability of flights , accommodations or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
- Negotiating the best rates with airlines, hotels, suppliers, rental companies, tour guides, and restaurants.
- Booking flights , excursions , hotels, guides and entrances
- Providing support to customers who may need to amend, upgrade or cancel a reservation.
- Updating and recording all bookings information on the database.
- Monitoring the bookings' deadlines, cancellation policy, payment, and penalties.
- Arranging and allocating the flight seats, hotel rooms, and meals for customers.
- Prepping the required documents and brief the Tour Manager before tour departures.
- Collecting and filing the invoices and receipts for all bookings.
- Getting feedback from the Tour Manager for improvements on future tours' reservations.
- Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Tour Operation: 2 years (Required)
