  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Ensure successful completion and nationwide implementation of assigned projects across BP

dealerships.

  • Ensure all BP Dealers meet set KPIs and comply with Standard Service Implementation (SST),

Standard Operating Guidelines, and other policies.

  • Enhance dealer efficiency and productivity, including optimizing manpower and dealer bay & hoist

usage.

  • Coordinate meetings with panel insurers to manage insurance claims effectively.
  • Provide support and knowledge transfer for BP Planners in the Loss Ratio Project.
  • Conduct internal training sessions, meetings, and brainstorming discussions to enhance

associates’ knowledge and skills.

  • Organize BP Manager Sharing sessions, Aftersales Operations Meetings, and develop Dealer

Owners’ understanding of the BP business.

  • Innovate and generate new business ideas for BP to improve capture ratio and expand business

opportunities.

  • Execute and monitor department KPIs, including PDCA cycles, budgets, and business plans.
  • Foster and maintain a positive working relationship with dealers.
  • Perform related duties as assigned or as required by the situation.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is

required.

  • Experience in the automotive aftersales industry, specifically in Body and Paint, is essential.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to enforce HMSB standards and guidelines with dealers.
  • Technical knowledge in car repair.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing and able to travel independently to dealers nationwide.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
