Responsibilities:
- Purposely personal driver need to standby for Executive Director.
- To make sure vehicle in good condition (in/out).
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely transportation.
- To be responsible for the vehicle used and to ensure that regular cleaning, washing, maintenance and servicing of the vehicle is being done.
- To report to the Executive Director for any breakdown of the vehicle so that arrangement could be making for any repair job to be done at the Service and Maintenance Centre appointed.
- To abide on all traffic regulations and to ensure the safety of personnel while going for any field assignment.
- To ensure that the vehicle is properly locked when parked and to check if it is in good order.
- Undertakes any other tasks as directed by Executive Director.
Requirements:
- At least SPM, Diploma, or any equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in related field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill with people at all levels.
- Ability to response in emergency case.
- Have a good sense of directions within Klang Valley areas.
