  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Role

  • Taking orders from customers
  • Answering questions about menu items, food sensitivities and food substitutions
  • Giving customers suggestions for food and drinks and telling them about any special menu items
  • Serving beverages and delivering food to customers
  • Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints
  • Processing customer payments
  • Manage inventory and ensuring supplies are sufficient and placing order when necessary
  • Checking bill casting
  • Training and assisting junior colleagues
  • Removing dirty dishes from tables to avoid clutter while customers are eating
  • Cleaning tables after customers have finished their meals
  • Ensuring outlet is always clean and presentable
  • Report to Manager regarding any defects or issues during work
  • Guiding and training junior colleagues and assisting the managers
  • Ad hoc projects or other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experienced in service operations in a (formal) restaurant with minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Experience in grill kitchen will be favorable considered
  • Individuals who are driven and organized
