NapZone Kuala Lumpur International Airport KLIA Terminal 2 (KLIA2)

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for check-in and check-out hotel's guest.
  • Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
  • Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in.
  • Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel.
  • Organizing transport services for guests at their request.
  • Providing guests with information about the hotel.
  • Keeping abreast of attractions that may be of interest to guests.
  • Serving as a host at conferences, and ensuring that all relevant preparations are made for the event.
  • Able to work shift morning, afternoon & night.
  • Willing to transfer property.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year of working experience in similar positions.
  • Able to speak English.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • A fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
