Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain personal records.
- Ensure timely and quality service delivery of payroll administrations.
- Collate payroll information, process and produce reports.
- Co-ordination and management of workers compensation.
- Handle human disputes, industrial relations case, grievance and complaints to ensure the industrial peace.
- Prepare and process performance appraisal exercise and rewards management system.
- Facilitates queries or complaints concerning salary.
- Check and monitor staff claim as per company policy.
- Assist HRA Manager on the ad hoc project as at when required.
- Screening, shortlisting & interview potential candidate to be recruited.
- Prepare proposal and letter of appointment.
- Briefing and orientation for new staff.
- Updating Job Description for employees.
- Updating company organization chart and prepare manpower budget.
- Issuance and collection of Staff Recommendation & Evaluation Form, prepare proposal and related letters.
- Study and carry out the manpower planning initiatives and recruitment processes for the organization, including understand and match the needs of our clients to provide quality tailored recruitment services whilst
- continually meeting manpower plan.
- Assist HRA Manager on the ad hoc project as at when required.
- Identify training and development needs for respective department.
- Analyze training and development needs.
- Set up and design training programme together with the Head of Department and Training Provider.
- Prepare and monitor training budget and training calendar.
- Analyze training evaluation upon completion of training.
- Conduct training as per planned in training calendar.
- Coordinate industrial trainee/ practical trainee related matters.
- Assist HRA Manager on the ad hoc project as at when required.
Admin
- Manage office utilities related to water bill, electricity, mobile phone bills to be closely monitored and forward to Finance Department for payment.
- Oversee office equipment, office furniture and office facilities e.g. asset registration, aging, disposal, transfer, maintenance / servicing, routine inspection, etc.
- Responsible for tenancy matters and legal instruction from the Company from time to time.
- Assist on the establishing and implementing of administration policy and procedures.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of cleaning service in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the company, including inside building, surrounding building and the gardening.
- Plan, source, analyze quotations, negotiate with suppliers and purchase according to business objectives, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate staff welfare programme such as birthday celebration for staff.
- Supervise and guide admin staff from time to time.
- Assist HRA Manager on the ad hoc project as at when required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Management preferably major in Human Resource / Business Administration / Business study or equivalent.
- At least 3 -5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical skills and able to evaluate, form logical conclusions and reason with facts.
- Good work attitude, flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.
- Experience in Construction Industry is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
