We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Facility and Maintenance Executive to join our team. If you have a passion for managing building maintenance and ensuring facilities run smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Source and oversee service providers, contractors, and material suppliers for building maintenance and repair work.
Supervise general workers on-site and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Coordinate and arrange tasks across various divisions and teams.
Handle emergencies promptly and remain on standby for off-hours incidents.
Manage client queries and feedback professionally and amicably.
Oversee renovations, refurbishments, and building projects from start to finish.
Liaise with clients, attend meetings, and address their concerns effectively.
Prepare and review quotations prepared by supervisors or office staff.
Draft detailed maintenance reports for review and decision-making.

Requirements

Education: degree qualification for building maintenance includes fields like Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in building repair, maintenance, renovation, or construction coordination.
Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and spoken).
Excellent client and customer management abilities.
Technical knowledge of building services.
Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
Negotiation skills with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Language Proficiency:
MUET Band 3 or above / IELTS Band 5 or above.
Attributes:

Ability to handle a complex workload efficiently.
