JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Maintain strategic relationships and grow business with existing customers including technology vendors and distributors.
2. Maximise the opportunities from existing customer base.
3. Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology.
4. provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale.
5. Respond to tender documents and write proposals as well as any supporting documentation.
6. Maintain industry awareness and keep abreast of a constantly changing technology landscape by following latest trends in software, hardware and related solutions.
7. Provide project oversight and work with project managers or project technical leads to make sure that customer expectations are met while acting as the escalation point for customer issues.
8. Prospect for new customers within key target growth areas.
9. Management of new sales leads and follow up with the objective of securing orders.
10. Report to Head of Sales, and work with him to maximize growth.
11. Negotiate pricing within predetermined parameters as agreed with the Head of Sales.
12. Report on competitive activity and recommend actions where deemed necessary.
13. Send quotations, pursuing these to purchase orders.
14. Liaise with technical colleagues and Purchasing Team to respond to customer queries
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
