Key Role & Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for sales target of assigned customer accounts in overseas and local sales territory.
· Develop and implement account management plans, tactical sales plans and marketing plans and activities to meet business development goals.
· Execute both international and local exhibitions, customer visits as well as online meetings to meet existing and prospective customers regularly.
· Conduct sales and market analysis periodically to manage sales growth and identify sales opportunities with existing accounts as well as generate high potential new leads.
· Responsible for reporting of customer accounts and territory performance, and track sales opportunities progress in CRM and ERP systems.
· Collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to facilitate the fulfilment of customer’s sales enquiries and orders and to ensure timely order fulfillment.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure sustained business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
· Strong Preference for candidates with Mechanical Engineering background and qualification.
· Candidates with experience in the precision engineering manufacturing/machining manufacturing or semiconductor/semiconductor industrial equipment manufacturing/Electronic Machinery Supply industry or Metrology are highly preferred
· At least 5 years of strong technical sales experience in industrial sales within high-tech sectors such as Semiconductor or Electronic Machinery Supply, etc.
· Must have experience in sales management and advanced selling skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 CRM or any CRM software is a must.
· Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Any Additional languages are an added advantage, for example - German, French, Japanese, etc.
· Ability to interpret and explain technical drawings to clients.
· Positive attitude, service oriented, assertive, with lots of drive.
· Must be willing to travel internationally (1–3 trips annually to European Countries, each work trip lasting approximately one month). To which requires the possession of an international driving license.
Work Arrangements:
· Flexible working hours (9 hours working daily).
· Normal/Usual working hours - Monday to Friday : 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Salary Range:
RM7,000 – RM9,000 per month (up to RM 15,000 for highly qualified candidates)
