Purchasing Executive

Responsibility:

• Manage purchasing activities for automotive battery components and materials.
• Negotiate prices, terms and contracts with suppliers.
• Ensure on-time delivery of goods and services to meet production schedules.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory levels and forecast material needs.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery time line.
• Prepare purchasing reports and manage procurement documentation.
• Other duties directed by the Superior.

Requirement:

• PM, Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or it’s related.
• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with ERP system and Microsoft Office suites.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good command of mandarin, both spoken and written, as there is a need to communicate with stakeholders and suppliers from China.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in fast-paced environment.
• Possess own transport.
• Applicants must be willing to work in our Factory in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
