  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Reports and work closely with the operation department.
  • Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, franchise or other department.
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.
  • Coach and Train staff in customer service and product knowledge.
  • SOP to be followed by outlet and be emphasize by operation.
  • Co-operate and teamwork within department.
  • To manage and supervise operation members.
  • To manage and supervise outlet staffs.
  • To monitor and overseeing Sales.
  • To monitor order / purchase.
  • Reporting to General Manager on any issue unsettle and need urgency.
  • Any request report from top management on outlet issues.

  • Social Media Controller
  • Business Hour Controller
  • Bulk Order Controller
  • Complaint Controller
  • Master list Compiler for Daily Sales Record
  • Outlet Ranking Compiler
  • Coffee Project Controller
  • R&D Coffee Project

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
