  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

REQUIREMENTS :-

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art / Design or equivalent

· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Language(S) : English, Bahasa Malaysia

· Skill(S) : Autocad/ 3D Max/ Sketch Up (MUST) / Photoshop/ AI House

· Able to work independently & possess own transport

· Multi task with good time management

· Knowledge in construction methods and material

· Sensitivity in aesthetic design

RESPONSIBILITIES :-

· To prepare detailing & accurate layout & 3D rendering

· To communicate & coordinate with consultants, suppliers & sub contractor on proposed design works & finishes before commence work

· To coordinate with HQ team, technician & operation team on work schedule & implementations

· To analyse reports & drawings in order to plan & present projects

· To execute ad hoc task from time to time

· To work independently with minimum supervision

· To complete tasks given with excellent time management skills and able to meet tight deadline

· Willing to work irregular hours

· Prepare design documentations and material selections

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
