BRANCH SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES :- - Oversee daily operations of the branch - Manage and support branch staff and HQ - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Handle customer inquiries and complaints - Manage inventory and supplies - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance - Monitor financial performance and achieve financial goals - Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions - Prepare and submit reports to upper management - Maintain a safe and secure work environent - Implement marketing and promotional activities - Monitor and analyze branch performance - Ensure proper maintenance of branch facilities - Resolve operational issues promptly - Foster a positive and productive work environment - Assist in hiring and training new employees - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
