Maintenance Team Leader

• Daily Maintenance Management:
• Oversee the daily maintenance activities for all equipment and machinery, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance plans to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
• Team Leadership and Coordination:
• Lead and assign tasks to the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Train and mentor team members, ensuring skill development and adherence to company standards.
• Troubleshooting and Repair:
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues, conducting troubleshooting to resolve faults quickly and effectively.
• Maintain a record of common issues and solutions to improve the efficiency of troubleshooting in future incidents.
• Quality and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are conducted according to safety and quality standards, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and promptly address any potential hazards identified in the workplace.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repair logs, equipment history, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepare and submit reports on equipment conditions, maintenance needs, and team performance to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
