Job Responsibilities :
  • Responsible to lead and direct the routine function of the Human Resource & Admin Department.
  • Develop, update, and maintain all necessary HR policies such as employee handbook, procedures, HR program and information systems for effective resource planning.
  • Develop, update, and maintain a remuneration strategy, compensation and benefits policies, and appropriate terms and conditions of employment.
  • Take charge of the research, analysis, and ideas to the development of the HR strategy to ensure that organizational development initiatives are integrated and aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes HR services, employee welfare and benefits administration.
  • Manage a Performance Management System that drives high performance.
  • dentify, plan, and manage Training and Development activities as well as to ensure the planned trainings are implemented according to the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Monitor payroll administration to ensure accuracy of monthly payment as well as statutory requirements are met and complied with.
  • Handle and advise management on issues related to disciplinary, counselling and grievances, as well as other employee relation matters.
  • Maintain an awareness of the requirements of employment legislation and provide sound advice to Management.
  • Oversee the overall office administration functions.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by Superior.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven working experience as HR & Admin Manager.
  • Hands-on experience in the field of HR & Administration.
  • Well versed with Malaysian Labour Law.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and system (familiar with iFlexi Payroll System).
  • Experience in Foreign Worker Management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution and organizational skills.
