  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering with 3 years working experience in manufacturing or chemical industry.
  • Computer literate in AutoCad with good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Experience in steel making industry is an advantages.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To report directly to Production Manager/ Assistant Production Manager and work closely with him to achieve departmental objective.
  • To ensure the company’s quality system is understood in the department and implemented.
  • To work closely with production planner to initiate Daily Production Schedule with the reference to Master Production Schedule to meet customer orders and be able to deliver timely.
  • To monitor, review and make improvement if required on all existing manufacturing processes which including the air flow testing at spray dried plant and chimney.
  • To assist department head in month end closing and reporting.
  • To review process parameters and manufacturing logsheets. To recommend any improvements, preventive actions and corrective actions where appropriate.
  • To review daily production report and to monitor actual production against the production schedule.
  • To ensure corrective and preventive action is taken for product, process and system non-conformances and to follow-up on the offences of the action taken.
  • To lead shift supervisor to achieve smooth and efficient running of plant to meet operation target.
  • To train and develop technicians and improve competency and knowledge.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
