Interior Architect

We are looking for a new passionate team to collaborate and grow together!

Responsibilities:

• To liaise with the Architect / Designer and interpret conceptual designs into plans on tender drawings accurately.
• To prepare detailed drawings on technical construction aspects in relation to the Architect / Designer's concepts, specifications, compliance with building by-laws, coordinating dimensions, coordinating drawing references, and compliance with CAD protocol.
• Revise drawings and layouts accordingly to accommodate changes and enhancements given by the clients.
• To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the respective team leader/Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Professional Degree / Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, V-Ray & SketchUp.
• 1 year of working experience in Architecture Industry.
• Good knowledge on Construction and specification will be added advantage.
• Open to communication and ideas.

Location:

• Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur.

Salary: Negotiable in line with the Experience and Qualifications.
