- -Well-versed in digital marketing channels, including web, SEO/SEM, Youtube, social media and display advertising etc. -Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and physical advertisement, including web, SEO/SEM, Youtube, social media, display advertising, OOH, in-mall and shop advertisement, etc. -Work closely with stores/malls/media agencies to develop and implement physical advertisement. -Analyse and assist in generating reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and traffic to measure the efficiency of the content. -Oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns and company’s social media accounts in content creating as well. -Writing, reviewing, editing, designing and updating content for company websites and blogs, social media, marketing materials, and similar platforms. -Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives. -Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results. -Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies and practices and ensure the content, advertising & promotion plan are abreast to market needs and change. -Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels. -Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand and product/service direction. -Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
