Job Requirements: • Must have Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent (fresh graduate are encourage to apply) • Able to work under pressure and eager to learn new things are required the most for this position • Dateline oriented and good time management (need to come before 8.30 am to open the office) Job Descriptions: • General office duties. • Manage cleaning/ Hygiene supplies ensuring facilities are appropriately stocked for personnel. • Checking & sorting equipment. • General cleaning of the facilities including Office area. • Collect all tickets, competencies and certificates from all site personnel. • General IT maintenance of files, and document preparation. • Liaising with other departments for access to job sites; assisting with subcontractor/supervisor in their technical queries. • Answer phone and transfer the call to the dedicated department • Checking company emails and forwarded to the dedicated staff • Helping HR Department on data entry when needed and timesheet • Person in charge to raise Purchase Instruction for site • Assist on printing/photocopying/faxing and Person in charge to plan on office machineries maintenance
