Handyman

1. To execute monthly preventive and predictive maintenance on all M&E equipment efficiently. 2. To show initiative and responsibility in conveying alone the work directed by immediate supervisor. 3. To troubleshoot, repair, overhaul and maintain all M&E equipment under the supervision of supervisors if necessary. 4. To perform plumbing works and preventive maintenance on AHU, FCU, AHU and Cooling Tower. 5. To perform repair and maintenance of minor civil and carpentry works at site (repair on tiles, furniture, minor cement & painting work, etc.) 6. To assist other technicians in performing daily activities at site. 7. To ensure all tools and assets given are maintained in good operating conditions and ensure all stock/spare parts are properly utilized. 8. To perform any other tasks within the scope of services define in the contract document, site organization chart and/or duty roster for the building that staff is assigned. 9. Commits to quality, health, safety, environmental, facilities and energy management practices and comply with the roles and responsibilities stated in Appendix 5 of the IMS Document. 10. Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
