Island Planning Manager

• Oversee planning and scheduling activities for island • Manage specialized planning tasks including large-scale development proposals and environmental studies, ensuring that all requirements are integrated into the project plan. • Maintain and update all schedules, collect actual data of sustainability, and evaluate project through effective monitoring of actual progress. • Regularly update project schedules and provide detailed status reports to management team, highlighting any deviations from the baseline schedule. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather inputs and ensure accurate reflection of all activities in the project schedule. • Ensure all planning and scheduling processes adhere to company procedures and industry standards. • Keep management fully informed on project conditions • Developing and implementing sustainability related policies, procedures, programmes, and initiatives in alignment with the Group’s strategic plan and goals. • Conducting research and analysis on trends, best practices, and opportunities related to sustainability. • Serve as a resource and expert on sustainability for the Group – all business and corporate divisions. • Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics, track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement. • Managing data collection and analysis for sustainability reporting. • Disseminate findings and recommendations from sustainability reports to key internal and external audiences. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams/ all departments on integrating sustainability into business functions across the Group. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams/ all departments to develop and implement sustainability programmes and initiatives. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the organisation's sustainability objectives.
