Reports to Executive Housekeeper or his / she designate any damaged or missing items. Assists Executive Housekeeper or designate in projects, which require special decorations. To adhere to strict grooming and hygiene standards. Reports punctually on duty, wear proper uniform and name badge always.  Provides professional and courteous service always.  To ensure responsible attitude in handling of hotel property such as the equipment I work with.  To maintain a polite, dignified and helpful attitude towards guests.  To obtain not only via initial training in the hotel, a good knowledge of the hotel such as where are the restaurants, what are their opening times, guest Laundry procedures, etc. A good knowledge of hotel facilities to answer and help the guest in a quick efficient manner. To communicate maintenance requests in public areas to Supervisor and report immediately any area of default in any area of workplace. To strictly follow the procedures for general security on handling of keys. To carry out additional duties with a positive attitude as instructed by immediate Supervisor. To work together as a team with colleagues, not only from Housekeeping, but from all other departments.
