QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements: - 1) Preferably degree in quantity surveying/civil engineering or equivalent 2) Minimum 5 years of working experience in quantity surveyor functions in civil constructions, maintenance and repair. Oil and gas experience is an added advantage. 3) Have good interpersonal and communication skills 4) Good written and spoken English 5) Willing to be based in Beaufort 6) Job types: full-time, contract Job Description: - 1) Preparation and submission of tenders 2) Preparation and submission of any cost estimates and quotations 3) Management of project budget 4) Management of applications, certifications and final accounts 5) Coordination of work effort. 6) To prepare monthly claim report and assist project manager. 7) To check for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate and within project budget.
