Job Description 1 To create a positive first impression to the guests by greeting them in a warm and friendly manner by name. 2 To contribute to the high level of services offered in accordance with the company’s standard as detailed in the Standard Operating Procedures and 5 star spa standard by Ministry our Tourism Malaysia and Anantara Spa. 3 To perform quality spa services according to the company’s treatment standards. Candidate who has the skills in performing traditional Balinese spa treatment and Indian spa treatments will gain bigger advantage. 4 To ensure that all equipment associated with the spa services is in good working order 5 To be able to answer all questions related to spa services and identify the benefits or advantages of treatments required to the guests. 6 To assist with demonstrations and events as required 7 To participate in any new training and refresher programs as required 8 To complete all assignments to the deadlines as requested by the Spa Manager or Senior Spa Therapist 9 To respond to change in a positive and flexible manner.
