UI/UX Engineer

We are seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer in designing user interfaces and experiences, ideally with exposure to AI-driven applications or data-heavy environments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in crafting seamless, user-friendly interfaces that make complex AI insights easy to understand and act upon. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the functionality and user experience of our AI-driven HSE monitoring platform. • Conduct user research, develop user personas, and map out user journeys to ensure a user-centered design approach. • Develop interactive prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback. • Work closely with AI solutions development team to ensure designs align with project goals and technical feasibility. • Incorporate user feedback and testing results into design improvements for optimal user satisfaction. • Maintain design consistency and create a cohesive look and feel across all platform features and components. • Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally working on AI, data-driven, or technical applications. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. • Experience with prototyping tools and conducting user testing sessions. • Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. • Ability to translate complex data and AI outputs into simple and actionable user interfaces.
