Check-in clients according to appointment Monitor client flow from check-in to discharge Manage client's ward visits Provide clear and accurate dosing instruction to clients on medicines prescribed by Veterinarians. Manage medicine refill requested by client, always refer to Veterinarian for permission to refill. Coordinate with veterinary nurse for clinic's order on a weekly basis, keep record and follow-up on pending items. Purchase clinic and ward consumables, ordering uniforms and domestic items Manage and properly store in-patient property for easy retrieval Coordinate clinic's waste and sharp disposal with veterinary nurse, and ensuring practice compliance with waste and sharp items disposal regulations Arrange the entire schedule of appointments (outpatient, inpatient, surgical, pet transportation) for each day. Manage and prepare invoices, update the cash register and get ready the important assignments for the next day. Manage the Medical Suite system Work patiently with distressed, frustrated or disgruntled clients.
