- Handle labor contracts related to employee onboarding and offboarding, including drafting, updating, and terminating contracts. Ensure contracts are accurately managed and maintained.
- Manage employee working hours, overtime, and leave records. Ensure compliance with laws related to working hours by monitoring attendance systems and time cards.
- Assist with or verify payroll processing. Handle social insurance and workers’ compensation paperwork. Manage employee benefits programs.

- Plan and conduct in-house training related to labor management.
