Your main role is to support in claims sorting and registration. Produce accurate and timely registration while completing any pending tasks at hand. Ensuring images and documents tagged to a claim are accurate and perform maintenance work to review information registered are correct and images are related to particular claims for policyholder.

You'll be responsible for:

  • To perform scanning & claims registration within the turnaround time
  • To perform any documents sorting to dispatch/disposal
  • To monitor and perform any documents out storage or documents retrieval arrangement
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required
  • SPM/STPM or higher qualifications, with a minimum of 1–2 years of work experience
  • Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team
  • Quick learner with strong interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
