- Accurately enter financial transactions into general ledger, ensuring all entries are properly coded and supported by appropriate documentation.
- Prepare and process invoices and payments, monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Handle bank deposits, ensuring all incoming/outgoing funds are properly documented and identify discrepancies between bank statements and company records.
- Assist with processing payroll, including calculating incentives, overtime hours, withholding taxes and issuing paychecks.
- Ensure all financial practices and records comply with company policies and regulatory requirement.
- Have Diploma or Degree in related field
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin
- In similar accounting role for at least 2 years
- Ability and experience in preparing full set of accounts
- Living within or nearby Puchong
- Own transportation helpful
- Computer literate, excel, word, etc
- EPF & Socso contribution
- Discretionary year-end bonus & increment
- Annual business trip to Thailand
