Job Descriptions:

  • Site development and acquisition for new locations and upgrade of existing locations with local authorities and private properties on renewal of tenancy.
  • Liaison and maintaining close relationship with local authorities (City Halls, Councils, Land Office, KKR) on all license renewals and new site applications in West and East Malaysia.
  • Preparation, compilation and liaising with engineers, town planner and surveyor for necessary documents, visuals ,civil structure drawings for new, upgrading or renewal of site applications.
  • Ensuring quality of screen is maintained in terms of resolution, clarity and brightness.
  • Ensuring preventive maintenance is consistently carried out in accordance to the schedule and all technical report submitted on time.
  • Ensuring timely response by technician to screen breakdown.
  • Assistance on R&D for content management, new software application and uploading/updating playlist.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business/ marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 5 years working experience in the related field is required.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Required skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
  • Problem -solving mindset which can find alternative solutions and effectively analyzes complex issue.
