  • Assisting with day-to-day efficient operation of the human resources
  • Maintain and update employees' personal information in employee files and payroll system
  • Checking overtime claims and allowances
  • Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
  • Responsible to generate and preparing timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
  • Handle employee relations matters, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and oversee performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify training needs, design training programs, and organize development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating company policies as needed to reflect changes in legislation.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
  • Diploma / Degree in HR Management
  • Preferable 1-3 years working experience in HR roles, with specific experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
