- Assisting with day-to-day efficient operation of the human resources
- Maintain and update employees' personal information in employee files and payroll system
- Checking overtime claims and allowances
- Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
- Responsible to generate and preparing timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
- Handle employee relations matters, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and oversee performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training needs, design training programs, and organize development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating company policies as needed to reflect changes in legislation.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
- Diploma / Degree in HR Management
- Preferable 1-3 years working experience in HR roles, with specific experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
