Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), Xiaohongshu (XHS), TikTok, Google, and others, specifically tailored for skin treatment and skincare beauty brands.
- Strategically plan and organize the social media content calendar in advance, aligning with current trends and seasonal themes to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee all aspects of the company's social media channels, from content ideation and planning to creation, shooting, video editing, scheduling posts, and performance analysis.
- Foster community growth and brand loyalty by actively engaging with the audience through timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Identify and coordinate with suitable models for beauty product content shooting, ensuring alignment with brand values and messaging.
- Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insightful reports and recommendations to optimize strategies.
- Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging digital technologies, implementing them effectively to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Track online conversations and consumer feedback, including competitor activities, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Evaluate social media presence, including advertising spend and consumer feedback, to compile monthly reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills:- Strong proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms (FB, IG, XHS, TikTok, Google).
