JOB TITLE : PROJECT MANAGER/SITE MANAGER (PERMANENT BASIC)

To manage and oversee the respective projects.
To identify and establishing the scope of works, the budget allocated, the work programme and the quality requirements & acceptance criteria for the projects undertaken by the company.
To identify the discrepancies between the tender drawings and the actual site conditions.
To identify project risks and develop mitigation plan.
To direct and manage expectations of stakeholders (clients, consultants and project team members) to accept the discrepancies and resulting changes to be made to accommodate the actual site conditions.
To control changes and recommend corrective and/or preventive actions in anticipation of possible problems.
To prioritise completion of project within or well-ahead of the budget and schedule while meeting client needs, acceptance criteria, business objectives and design guidelines.
To fulfil handover and/or transition requirements. Ensure completion of scopes and deliverables and obtain signed off documentation from authorised personnel.
To provide leadership and direction to project teams and attend key client and project meetings as required.
Responsible for managing and positively developing relationships with stakeholders.
Responsible for managing projects’ profitability.

JOB TITLE : SITE ENGINEER（CONTRACT BASIS）

To assist Site Manager in managing and executing daily activities on site.
Managing the site day-to-day, including monitoring the site labour force, and supervise activities executed by all subcontractors, and proper control of the use of the materials.
Working with supervisors to ensure safety compliance and adhere to local regulatory standards requirements.
Providing technical advice on site and suggestion for improvement.
Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Create work schedules and delegating task.
Trouble shooting technical problems.
Conduct quality assurance checks and site inspection.
Conduct initial site inspection.
To assist in preparing work method statement and site reports and keep track of construction drawings from time to time.
To liaise/ coordinate subcontractor to ensure work is performed according to schedule.
Other Ad-Hoc related duties assigned by the company.

JOB TITLE : SITE SUPERVISOR（CONTRACT BASIS）

Coordinate, monitor and review progress of work at the site.
Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and internal teams, maintaining clear communication regarding project requirements.
Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with established standards and provide technical guidance when needed.
Coordinate with Site Manager on all sub-contractor scheduling and material ordering.
Prepare weekly & monthly progress report as required by superior for reporting.
Daily inspection & supervision of works to ensure the quality of works.

JOB TITLE : PROJECTMANAGER/SITE MANAGER (PERMANENT BASIC)

At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Masters in any relevant Engineering and Construction background (Civil & Mechanical etc.)
At least 6 years of working experience in construction industry.
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia and fluent in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & AutoCAD and equivalent.
Possess excellent project management, time management and leadership skills.
Understand all aspects of the project and technical building requirements.
Able to establish strong working relationships with stakeholder

At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Masters in any relevant Engineering and Construction background (Civil & Mechanical etc.)
At least 3 years of working experience in construction industry.
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia and fluent in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Strong time management.
Understand all aspects of the project and technical building requirements.
Able to establish strong working relationships with stakeholder

JOB TITLE : SITE SUPERVISOR（CONTRACT BASIS）

At least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil and Structural), Construction, or related field.
At least 5 years of working experience in construction industry.
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia and fluent in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Experience in supervise constructions works on Project is added advantage
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
Highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to deliver results
