Aesthetic Consultant

Primary Responsibilities:

• Able communicate with customers and understand treatments offered by the company to provide suitable treatments for customers.
• Able to handle online customer handovers, arrange for in-person consultations, and continue follow-up after the customer’s treatment is completed.
• Able to manage customer dissatisfaction and provide appropriate solutions and reassurance.
• Interest in sales and be able to meet monthly targets on time.
• Execute temporary tasks assigned by the management.

Key Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least SPM.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in aesthetic services field. However, if you are a fresh graduate with no related experience, you are also welcome to join this industry.
• Ability to communicate and write in Mandarin is essential, as the main customer base communicates in mandarin. Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Days off are based on a shift system, and workdays include weekends and public holidays.
• You must have an interest in beauty, fashion, medical aesthetics, or other categories related to improving your appearance.
