  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting and consolidating OSH data for Monthly Reports.
  • Assist in following up with Operating Centres (OCs) in enquiring certain data for OSH Reporting.
  • Assist in consolidating Safety Data Sheets with Purchasing and OCs.
  • Assist in following up with OCs in attaining Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) for Major Accidents.
  • Assist in following up on OCs comments for OSH Audit Annual Reports.
  • Assist to track and verify OSH 8 on-line submissions.
  • Willing to do written documentations works as and when required.
  • Able to work together with OSH Team members to coordinate and implement OSH standards.
  • Any other jobs assigned by the superiors.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science/ Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent from recognized universities with minimum current CGPA 3.0.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Preferably at least 3 months of internship period.
  • Willing to be based in Ipoh.
