-Handle incoming calls from clients and customers for the assigned team, providing assistance to the Operations Team. -Collaborate closely with Collection Managers to help the team achieve both team and client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). -Efficiently enter assignment and payment details received from clients into the system. -Review new assignments and customer files daily, assign or reassign tasks to the team, manage workloads, and monitor daily collection activities to ensure monthly collection goals set by the company and clients are met. -Prepare and submit accurate reports to clients within the required deadlines. -Update payment records in the system promptly and address any discrepancies with clients without delay. -Prepare and send invoices to clients within the specified timeframe. -Complete and submit the monthly commission list for staff before the deadline. -Provide backup support for reception duties as needed.
