Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies.
● Assist Purchasing Manager in maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
● Prepare and process purchase orders and documents.
● Assist Purchasing Manager in coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
● Assist Purchasing Manager resolving any issues related to orders, deliveries, and payments.
● Maintain and update vendor information.
Minimum Requirements:
● Minimum relevant qualification (Diploma or equivalent in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or related field).
● At least 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Attention to detail and accuracy.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
