Tasks & responsibilities:

Provide management and administrative responsibilities to all Cleansing & Environmental Services Division.
Plan, organize and control facilities under charge to ensure smooth delivery of services to the customer.
To provide timely feedback to SOM on Cleansing & Environmental Services operations.
To ensure that the standardized Edgenta UEMS program is implemented in every account under control and in compliance with external standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & MSQH and our internal standards.
To support SOM in the handling of foreign workers, working very closely with HR Department.
To participate in and assume responsibilities for the development of a favorable climate with the facility and a high level of customer satisfaction, especially that of the key decision-makers.
To consciously promote the company and services that would promote lateral sales and the positive image of the company.
To actively cultivate an image of professionalism, integrity and character as representative of the company
To support the SOM in all start-up activities, working very closely with all relevant departments and personnel to ensure total success and minimal interruptions to ES Operations.
To carry out performance appraisal for Facility Managers, Facility Executives and Supervisors from time to time and to provide all necessary support in their career development as and when appropriate.

Qualifications & experience:

Minimum qualification of a relevant degree, diploma or equivalent or with minimum 3 years experience in Housekeeping or Linen & Laundry.
Must have strong management capability and personality
Must be familiar with Windows and MS Office.
Posses excellent oral and written communication skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
