Utilize industrial engineering principles and methods (such as process reengineering, layout optimization, lean production, etc.) for improvements to enhance production and work efficiency. • Standard Setting: Based on production processes and situation analysis, responsible for controlling the direction of the standardization system (standard working hours, standard production capacity, standard man-machine ratio, standard costs, etc.) to provide a basis for production planning, capacity assessment, performance evaluation, and cost reduction. • Work Design and Ergonomics: Design reasonable workstations and working environments, considering ergonomic principles to reduce employee fatigue and improve safety and comfort. • Capacity Planning and Resource Allocation: Participate in capacity planning, reasonably arrange production plans, and effectively allocate resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth production. • Layout Planning: Control the direction of factory layout based on production processes and requirements, reasonably allocate resources, optimize logistics routes, maximize limited space resources, avoid space waste, and achieve efficiency goals. • Cost Control and Benefit Analysis: Responsible for controlling costs in line with company strategy and annual targets of the overseas manufacturing department, and promote cost reduction projects to implement and improve through PDCA cycles, ensuring effective cost control and maximizing economic benefits. • Lean Production: Control the direction of lean production efforts based on industry developments and company business needs, ensuring the achievement of lean indicators through training, activities, improvements, and talent certification. • Quality and Safety Management: Collaborate with the quality management team to apply IE tools and methods to improve product quality and participate in the establishment and maintenance of safety management systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. • Training and Team Building: Train production line employees on industrial engineering knowledge and skills, enhancing the overall industrial engineering competency of the team and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect production data and use statistical analysis and data mining tools to provide support for management decision-making and prepare related work reports regularly. • New Technology and Innovation Applications: Stay updated on industry trends and research and introduce new industrial engineering technologies, automation equipment, or information systems to drive modernization and intelligent upgrades in production systems. • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as R&D, procurement, sales, etc.) to jointly solve production issues and improve overall company operational efficiency. • Process Design and Optimization: Design production processes based on product design requirements, selecting appropriate production equipment, tools, and materials. Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure production safety and environmental protection. • Quality Control: Develop and maintain quality control standards and inspection procedures, monitor quality indicators during production, address quality issues in a timely manner, and ensure that final products meet quality standards and customer requirements. • Technical Guidance and Training: Provide technical guidance to production line employees to ensure they understand and follow correct operating procedures.
