Responsibilities:- To assist and support Logistic department administrative tasks. To Assist in handling documents for inventory control and process, goods receiving, delivery documents, etc. Responsible for organizing and filing various documents and records Support inventory control activities, including stock counts. Support in identifying process improvements to reduce waste, minimize errors, and improve delivery performance. Monitor all necessary required actions with the relevant parties to initiate timely delivery process to fulfill customers’ delivery lead time. Manage transporters and ensure the timely return of acknowledged delivery orders for billing purposes. Any other related tasks assign from time to time. Requirement:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field. Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
