1)Lead technical operations for an innovative workforce virtualization movement, including initial design and improvement of technical systems and processes. 2)Responsible for diagnosing and solving complex technical issues 3)Conducting root cause analysis to prevent future problems, 4)Developing and implementing scripts to automate system verification. 5)Investigate and resolve production issues 6)Troubleshoot technical issues or questions reported by customers 7)Perform root cause analysis for production errors and recommend improvements 8)Develop scripts to automatically verify end-to-end operation of integration 9)Implement and execute data imports/exports for customers 10)Maintain and perform operations related to third-party integration 11)Working closely with product teams to recommend enhancements based on their findings.
