Job Description - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports such as profit and loss and others financial report on timely manner. - Reconcile bank statements for necessary cash flows update by tracking the bank collection and payments. - Prepare and analysis company cost and expenses. - Verifies payroll report and payroll cost management. - Resolve internal/external disputes and discrepancies and provide alternative solutions. - Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential. Updating and maintaining the database and financial records. - To act as a backup, assist and perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required. Requirements - Proven work experience (3-5 years) as a Finance Executive or similar role experience required. Teamwork and work independently. - Solid knowledge of full set accounting, financial and accounting procedures. - Submit report according to dateline. - Experience in using financial software (competent with MYOB is an advantage) - Highly dedicated, committed, and motivated to excel, able to lead team towards department objectives. - The ability to closely pay attention to detail will ensure that records and reports are accurate with necessary analytical and numerical skills.
