Qualification and Education: Minimum Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience or degree in any related field Experience: • Able to read and interpret international standards for testing and calibration • Ability in building complex spreadsheets and/or worksheets must be very familiar with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook as well as be able to learn new software quickly • General knowledge with the procedures for estimating the cost of manufacturing and time to build • Knowledge in industries related Regulations • Experienced and confident in writing propositions/bids • Creating presentations and writing external reports Job Description: 1. Transferring and consolidating customer’s BOM and project inquiry with purchasing information into Standard RFQ Tracking Overview for Sourcing purposes. 2. Communicating and coordinating with Sales Person, Technical Review Team and Sourcing team for any discrepancy, missing information and technical issues related to drawings and builds. 3. Reviewing and Compiling supplier quotes information and related project data such as costing structure, technical data and etc. 4. Preparing and submitting quotation to customers within the required time frame. 5. Managing traceability of RFQ documents filling. 6. Develop detailed reports on cost/price analysis, including recommending price adjustments 7. Review and evaluate price variance requests from sales or customer. 8. Evaluate and implement pricing annually based on market price and cost of goods. 9. Liaison between engineering and sales support/customer to create accurate product pricing. 10. Identify new business opportunities 11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 12. Any other duties as assigned
