JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Creating and processing invoices Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy To assist in preparing financial statement and Company accounts; To perform data entry, maintain and update reports in accounting system; To ensure timely payments to creditors and other third parties To perform other administrative work and also maintenance of documents; To execute any other duties and/or task assigned by the immediate superior and/ or head of Department and a result driven person; REQUIREMENTS: Candidate should possess at least a Diploma or Higher in Finance/Accounting/Banking or it’s equivalent;. Minimum 2 year of hands on accounting experience in required for this position. Must possess good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, including other local languages. Proficient in Ms Office application. Position open to Malaysian only.
