• Responsibility for the development of the department, ensuring the progress and direction of the department is aligned to business strategies and plans. • Identify and develop a clear vision for the development of the department. Subsequently, have responsibility for the adjustment of the structure in line with such vision. • Evaluates performance of staff and conducts appraisal for direct reporting. • Manages efficiency and productivity of the department ensuring E&O losses are mitigated and minimized. • Action oriented – exhibits drive, energy, tenaciousness, planning and priority setting skills.
