OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB To ensure smooth and efficient running of slickline operations, both conventional and digital, adhering to all Quality Procedures and safety standards. Oversee and optimize well service operations, manage team performance, and maintain compliance with Competence Management Systems. PRINCIPLE DUTIES Safety & Quality: Ensure that safety objectives are achieved in the following areas: Ensure safety objectives are met and company policies on QHSE are strictly implemented. Conduct daily toolbox meetings and document attendance for audit purposes. Organize monthly safety meetings, ensuring all discussions are documented. Report and investigate near misses and accidents within 24 hours, providing recommendations for future prevention. Maintain and display up-to-date safety records. Perform Job Hazard Analysis for new activities, ensuring proper documentation. Ensure safety standards are upheld, and chemicals/lubricants are properly handled with safety measures in place. Work towards achieving an accident-free environment through diligent safety management. Operations: Oversee the workshop operations and to ensure that their needs are taken care of by adhering to the followings: Oversee day-to-day slickline operations, addressing issues promptly and providing solutions to field staff. Liaise with Supervisors for logistics and administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Manage principal-based businesses and maintain adherence to ISO processes, ensuring audit readiness. Keep management informed with daily operations reports, focusing on key points. Attend client meetings, report on progress, and maintain operational records, including assets and inventory. Ensure strict adherence to operational procedures, emphasizing housekeeping and efficiency. Finance: Monitor and control spending within the approved budget, reporting monthly expenditures. Contribute to yearly CAPEX items and participate in the annual budget process. Training: Plan and coordinate training for staff, ensuring all safety certifications are up to date. Marketing: Identify potential business opportunities and contribute to strategic discussions with senior management. Others: Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB 1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. 2. Strong leadership and operational management skills. 3. Minimum 10 years of experience in slickline operations and team management. ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION Certificate with 10 years of experience or Diploma / Degree / Master
