Key Responsibilities: 1. Bank Reporting & Loans: o Manage loan applications, credit evaluations, and annual reviews with the bank. o Prepare and submit required bank statements. 2. Annual Financial Audits: o Coordinate and prepare documentation for the annual financial audit. 3. Employee Reimbursements: o Review and verify employee reimbursement claims and authorize approvals. 4. Expense Allocation: o Organize, collect, and allocate various expenses accurately. 5. Cost Accounting: o Gather cost accounting data, prepare material usage summaries, generate and post journal entries. 6. Invoice Management: o Verify purchase receipt documentation for procurement invoices and sales invoices for outbound sales. 7. Inventory Reconciliation: o Compile inventory statements for finished products, covering billed and unbilled quantities. 8. Expense Tracking: o Track and report key expense indicators, providing analysis results to the Finance Manager. 9. Payroll & Union Funds: o Prepare payroll distribution and union fund allocation reports. 10. Cost Analysis: • Conduct cost analysis reports by comparing actual costs to historical data and planned indicators. 11. Inventory Reconciliation: • Regularly reconcile finished goods with the warehouse records. 12. Regular Audits: • Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual product and inventory checks in coordination with relevant departments. 13. Document Archiving: • Print, organize, and archive accounting records monthly. 14. Additional Duties: • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
