Security Operation Executive

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Klang Valley . The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the headquarters and branches, including security personnel, equipment inventories, and developing SOPs, and budgets. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Must have the ability to work ‘ON-CALL’ Qualifications -Experience in a management or leadership role -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills -Knowledge of security operations -Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software -Strong organizational and time-management skills -Possesses a valid driving license -A degree/diploma in business administration, security management, or related field is preferred -Knowledge in handling firearms & CNU application/renewal -Minimum 5 years work experience in an operational environment. -Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
