Job Responsibilities 1. To handle customer phone calls, faxes, emails and mails -To receive, re-direct and reply correspondences in all forms and media of communication. -To take sales orders, communicate, liaise and request for payments from customers. -To raise sales quotation and update customers on price increment. -To communicate any customers’ complaints to the respective departments. 2. To arrange delivery of samples, documents and finished products. Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Shipping, Logistics Supply Chain Management With good command of spoken & written in English 2. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, good attitude and good inter-personal 3. Highly organized and able to multi task efficiently 4. Required skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and any other relevant word programs. 5. Candidate who can speak in Mandarin is add advantage because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin stakeholder and clients Why Join Us: 1.
