Job description Job Responsibility: -Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing. copying, binding, scanning etc. -Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail -Answer phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues -Overseeing receiving, ordering and stock control -Control selling price and formulating pricing policies -Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks, payment etc. -Assist in office management and organization procedures Requirements: • Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. • No working experience needed as training will be provided. • Willing to learn. • Excellent self-discipline. • Excellent interpersonal and communication. • Able to work on retail / shift hours, weekends & public holidays.
